Welcome to WildFlour Bakery & Cafe! We are a small local business located down the shore on Long Beach Island. With changing times, diets and research people have discovered some of the harms of gluten in our foods. We are proud to serve a full menu of wheat and gluten free foods that will warm your heart and fill your belly. Our chefs have graduated from some of the finest culinary institutions around the world and came back home to NJ to cook up the best food for you! In addition to being wheat and gluten free we are also avid believers in local. That is why all of our ingredients are purchased from local farms and markets in NJ. We believe that fresh is better and what better than to stay local. We warmly invite you to join us in the morning, day or evening.
